While additional frame advantage may of been one of the selling points to the balrog's overhread... the main change was the change in pushback on hit... I think that ,more than his frame advantage, is giving him his new combo ability..

iirc... Balrog could already combo into low mp after an overhead against some characters... it's changed in 2012 to make so that it works against everyone.

Abel's Second Low was always FADCable since Vanilla...

The 2012 change made it so that it has more frame advantage giving him the ability of linking down fierce...

@ABoffman Thanks for your comment. Some people prefer seeing the changes rather than reading them and also since the change-log used the characters actual move names, some people didn't want to look it up. We hoped this video helped at least one person.
