I would say the interview took place circa late 1989, as he references things of that period. the trouble he was in-- getting busted (summer 89) the movie Shocker released in 89, Anarchy in the US on the So Far So good album (88). so probably before and no later than Sept 90 when Rust in Peace was released.

in earlier years he had a totally diferrent haircut, like with more short hairs on the tops, its hard to explain. ;)
