the camera should be 360 degrees (or at least 4 sides) to see the pose from all angles. believe me body seen from certain angles we normally dont see can be inspiring than just one angle of view. but still good. would prefer to see the pose from above the head but hard to place the camera above over the body.
Thank you, it helped me a lot. I can do Padangustha asana but my big toes hurt so much when I grab them, I feel more comfortable when I put the palm of my hands beneath my feet ¿does it make a difference?

It is OK to bend your knees a bit to protect your back.If you can straighten your legs: do that.
