@deucezmartinez It's been a while but I believe you have to unlock it in the Krypt. Can't remember which one it is but after you unlock it, press start when selecting Mileena and go to "Costume 2".

i was re-watching this playthrough (still enjoy watching it btw =D)

and i want to add something that might be useful if you play as Mileena again. you know those annoying, undogable hammers shao-kahn throws? well, after playing as Mileena today, i just found out that you can simply duck under the hammers shao-kahn's throwing! so i thought i'd inform you the next time you play as Mileena. =)
