I think that the life you lead will determine how you die. If you are a positive pleasant person, then you will leave in a positive peaceful way. If you were a negative, "evil" person then you will draw a negative horrible way to die as well as a positive or negative afterlife. As I'm sure you're aware of the energy or feelings that you send out determines your life, and the people, places, and things in your life, that remains true even when you pass to another dimension, or state of being.

I would like to comment on your out of body experience talk. I had one once and that is no lie! Also for the Nay Sayers, if you were just having an out of body experience because you lost blood to your brain you would black out completely! You would NEVER remember anything and if you did it would be so jumbled like a person that was drunk on drugs. There is an After Life and A God! If you were to believe in evolution you would have to believe that we all evolved the same amount of years, If this was the case animals would talk to us. Come to a place where you have a relationship with Jesus (not a religion). When we have been born again and believe in Jesus & what he did for us & who he is we are given the gift of salvation & the promise that we will spend an eternity with him. We will not really die when we die, but yes I believe it's a sleep (as someone else commented) until Jesus returns. God takes the "sting" out of death for those who trust in him and believe in his son (Jesus). Jesus is coming back.

I like how you don't judge the different beliefs. I, myself am an atheist and I believe that one ceases to exist when you die, and the halucinations of the dying are the results of the persons brain shutting down/DMT release. The Bible teaches that when you die you go to sleep. That is it, you are asleep until the 2nd coming of God. But we are to perfect our character while here on earth with God's graces. Judgment will come someday on us all, from a God more mighty and Awesome that we can even imagine.

With regards to what comes after life, i'd start with what do you define with HERE and living and breathing HERE and is HERE that wich you defined and think or just a thought? From here what you take part in is a specifik system where who we are is reflected back upon us, so its a system that is driven on feedback. When all is repeated as before and none realise HERE as self an become as breath then we will simply vanish as a lie.

Interesting topic, I loss my father on October 2, 2009, and I do believe my father was trying desperately to tell us that he was about to leave but do to his state at the time he couldn't talk, he motioned his hands as if there were some sort of beings in the room, I kept asking my dad what are you trying to tell us dad? He couldn't answer just motioned his arms. I knew it was something he wanted to say. That night he passed away. We will all find out what happens when this journey ends.

I don't know what will happen right after I die, but I've seen a few people die, and that's the closest I've come to knowing. I saw this woman on the sidewalk hit by a speeding car that hurled her more than 200 feet, she landed in the windshield of a parked car in a nearby parking lot. Also, fishing on an embankment a granite boulder crushed a man to death up the ways from me. Wasn't even a scream. In the wind was a vibe that I can't describe.

But when a bad person dies the angel of death comes in a horrific painful manner. my grand father before he died so some of families that died when he was a boy and other people he dont know. he said they were singing and very joyful. and 2 days after that he passed away in 2004. its very confusing yet joyful when you know one of you has left you 4ever but hes gone to the better world. he had severe cancer that he never enjoyed his last days but the pain made us feel that he should go bcoz it was too excess for us emotionally and mentally. he went peacefully in the mornin'

as for out of body experience, some scientists prooved people who experienced them couldn't say some true specific details of objective, real world. some experiments, like writing some message somewhere which could be seen from the ceiling, ppl who had OBEs couldn't see message. Other scientists say they could. Who knows?

you should be careful with interpreting near death experience as an evidence of after life.

it's interesting that people from malesia or what was the name of that country, see heaven as a big industrial city in their near death experiences. in their culture, that's the way they imagine heaven. people in different cultures see different things. that can be an argument that all that is just hallucination. I don't say that it really is, i really can't tell.

Thanks for the video, you brought up a lot of points that I have been pondering myself. I am of the opinion that no one has a 100% accurate account of what happens after one dies, but it is important to prepare yourself for this inevitably. If only to pass with a certainty in your heart that enables your last moments to be joyous ones, it is worth your time. I believe that there are inconsistencies in religion and in science alike. In the end, it is our own conviction that will get you through.

I could talk about this one for days.

I've been a nurse for a while now, so I've seen a lot of people going thru the dying process, not to mention my own parents.

I've been inspired to write down my thoughts and observations only to see it written in someone else's book. Still not sure what happens tho, and will never be sure until it's my turn, but I'd like to share with you how I believe it feels to die, once the physical body stops fighting and surrenders.

I believe it feels like an orgasm.

Hope to not sound crude or anything, but think about it. There are several ways to

get to that feeling, and most of them involve a little tiny death: drugs, dreaming,

metaphysical events, or even psychotic breaks in reality.

Most people cant describe it, but I can.

If feels like your soul is trying to rise up out of your body, and for a tiny moment you're unaware of time and space, and the feeling is surreal, sublime. That is until the muscles contractions bring you back own.

I was in a serious jet ski accident, & yes, you are aware that you have died when it happens. When my heart stopped, I was at the bottom of a lake, & I remember thinking, " well, I guess I'm dead." Then I saw what I think is an angel, & it said, "not yet!" Then it touched my chest, & my heart started fluttering. It felt like this angel was pushing me up to the surface. All our thoughts and feelings can be explained as electrical information in the brain. If our souls go somewhere else when we die, it would most probably be some kind of electrical phenomenon.

I've heard that the pain caused by hellfire is mostly emotional pain. Almost like extreme despair. As deaths go, it's probably not the nicest.

My mom has seen so much from working in a hospital for 40 years - she once told me about this one lady who spent her last few moments thrashing in her bed, clawing at herself, screaming in agony saying how hot it was :/ My dad died this past Thanksgiving (not a religious man, but became so a year before he died) and my mom told me that he was in the hosp. when he jumped suddenly, but didn't tell my mom why. He later told her that his angels were there, poking him in the stomach and laughing.

per your request:I believe that GOD does call some peop straight to heaven, but others stay here in the for of perhaps a new born baby.That first breath experienced by that baby, was someone elses last breath.This is fascinating right? Science is pretty clear that our creativity, emotions, ect. are all in our brain. That information is lost as the brain degrades after death. As for out of body experiences... science can replicate that effect and if a message is written written on top of a tall dresser or something the person cannot see it proving they are not really out of their body. And anecdotal experience is not proof. Check wikipedia.
