  • Quite thin and propped-up against the mixing-desk. Still Freddie found a way to deliver. A "Champion"!

  • still cant watch this without shedding a tear....

  • Imagine that the world have no idea that Freddie Mercury would be leaving his loving fans when this was broadcast in August 1991, but i doubt the music industry didnt know which explains the impeccable timing and kind intention to put out a Queen documentary as a way of saying "thankyou for the fantastic music all this years."

Freddie Mercury, u're a true artist, an inspiration to all those who loves music n knows that a love affair with music never ends.

  • @Celetic12 Watching interviews with John I always got the impression he just enjoyed the trip wherever it took him and I guess when Freddie died he felt the trip was over. The point is Freddie didn't leave, he died very young and it must have been incredibly hard for the band to come to terms with. Think the effect it has on their fans after all this time, it still hurts like it happened yesterday.

  • look at freddie in that last video :( so sad

  • @Celetic12 OH I get it! LOL

  • 2:22 does he have the song written on his hand or something cuz he keeps looking at it

  • @icantstopchewinggum

He did have it written in his hand.

  • @icantstopchewinggum Yes I think he does, but I don't think the crowd cared.

  • @pipoo1 lol ya i wouldn't care at all. :)

  • This must have been made before Freddie died because it was saying they would be propelled headlong into the future but they sort of stopped after Freddie died. But seriously how can you watch "These Are The Days Of Our Lives" and not notice that Freddie looked extremely thin and frail? And still say that Queen were going to continue into the future?

  • 1:47 .. ??? are those apes up there behind the fence??

  • fuck off axl rose !

  • Legends NEVER die !!!

  • interesting that when this was released Freddie was still alive....

  • I was born in '78. I knew the "mainstream" songs but I didn't really know anything about Queen. I became familiar with Queen after watching "Wayne's World." I was still a kid & my ears weren't all that sophisticated. lol...Now, here I am in 2010 & in this past year, I have become a die-hard Queen fan! Such a shame that I am so late to discover the most impressive Rock band in history! Like a sponge, I just want to soak up every song, fact, video, picture, etc having to do with Queen!

  • @iamcasihart --my Queen story is very similar to yours, just discovering the full Queen experience in the last two years. I can't get enough information and videos. Thankfully there is youtube and of course DAVE FULLER!!!!

  • 2:18 love that he had to write the words on his hand

  • can u hear freddie's 'I love you' on the end? it's not from track ;]

  • mmm..who is that handsome young guy at 1:00 :D ...I know,it is Mike Hutchence :D

  • it's nice to watch a queen documentary that doesn't have a sad ending for once....RIP Freddie

  • in time of innuendo so ill was freddie, damn disease

  • I do realize this is a compilation but I LOVE it and want it on my MP3 So where can I buy the download?

  • Freddie & Queen will go on for ever because they are superior in every way. Now that is just my opinion.

  • this documentary would have been a lot different if it was recorded a year later

  • @6:05......No, Freddie, you guys aren't 'good', you're FABULOUS!!! Amazing! Spectacular! Awesome! Out of this world AWESOME!!!

Good....That's like saying Mozart was a 'good' composer! You guys are geniuses!

    FREDDIE = MAGIC!!!

  • man its so weird watching this seeing that it was released a few months before he died and that nobody knew about him having AIDS...i think they call that dramatic irony?

  • axl in the documentary good voice

  • ughh, I Still Love u Freddie.....and i still cry wishing u were still makin that magic,...ur dearly missed and Queen is DEFINITELY NOT QUEEN WITHOUT U !

  • If I could ever own anything of Freddies, it would be the vest with his cats painted on it! ( Or the Wembely jacket or a mic stand)

    RIP Freddie! Thanks for everything!

  • id like Garden Lodge am i demanding much? :)

  • he could be alive but back then no one used protection

  • Mabe he needed to die for some greater goal! If u used protection he could get killed in a car accident! It's just a great loss for the world...

    Rest in Peace Freddie

  • thanks so much for sharing all those fantastic queenvideos and pictures of yours.

  • I was 10 years old when Bohemian Rhapsody made the airwaves. Listening to a small am radio to WLS Chicago...I was captured and remained entranced by this one in a lifetime rock icons. Thank you Queen, for the Days of my Life..and for your gift of song. LONG LIVE QUEEN!!!

  • i wish queen made movies lik the beatles did

  • why you guys thumbing him down??

those would be fun to watch i think! =D

  • Its just amazing how after 18 years his music still lives on and lots of people still feel the sadness because he is gone that just shows that that he made such an effect on so many people

  • It is amazing... I am angry at him for reason he wasn't careful. He had to be alive!!! How much could be done!!!

  • @MissKishaDanielle THEIR music, not just his.

  • @MissKishaDanielle the man was so amazing...u look back and sometimes it's hard to believe how awesome he was/is...even though it is VERY true!

  • These pictures from Innuendo are really scary.

  • I thought that the video to days of our lives was kept tightly under wraps and not released until after Freddie died, yet this documentary was shot in August 91?

  • It's sad to know that not long after this, Freddie passed from the world. Yet all the while, they are all talking about the future. RIP.

  • That Interview from John is at the set by These are the days of our lives

  • he looks really frail and weak in the video at the end. looks like he was really suffering from aids at the time. so sad.

  • thats where you notice it the most

i mean he's not even really moving he's just standing in the same place

    not the freddie i know.

he looked like he was on death door and the man still had the strength to work.

    great man.

    he is missed by millions

  • yea, it's his last video :(

  • at 2:39 we can see that Roger watched TV during the interview XD

and probably it's a boxing match....

  • It's amazing how much Freddie still effects our lives.....he really was one of a kind.......

  • of magic of course

  • the vocal on show must go on is the best ever !!!!!!!!!!

  • oh my god, the end killed me, its so sad, this was made just before he died. i miss him so much.

  • You have no idea how much I envy you.

  • me too... :)

  • me too..

  • Queen lives in my heart forever! I'm so grateful to by parents who played Queen tracks when I was younger and now I'm a huge fan of that kind of music, btw I'm 14.

    Freddie Mercury is a genius.

  • When I first saw this back in 1991, I really didn't know that much about Queen. When I first saw this, I was like where's Freddie because I knew their was some new interviews with Brian, Roger, and John, but no Freddie. At that time, I didn't know Freddie was sick around this time or dying. So I was kinda lost on that info.

To tell the truth. I don't remembered watching before or after Freddie's death, but I had really enjoyed this documentary.

  • Who's that at 3:24? He looks like Paul McCartney!

  • hmm. who would look like mcCartney. maybe paul mcCartney would!

  • That's because he IS Paul McCartney

  • Hail Freddy

  • I wish I was older cause I was only four when he died, I would have loved to have seen them live

  • he died two months after I was born.

  • How about a year and a half BEFORE I was born... :(

  • two years nd 4 dayys BEFORE i was born:(:'(

  • A month before me.

  • Together, until the very end, the four of them - unusual and touching. Love them forever.

  • thanx for putting it here

  • Days Of Our Lives video was realesed weeks before Freddie died the public only new he had aids 48 hours before he passed so new one then apart family and friends when this was made

  • It was 24 hours before that he made his announcement....I was 21 when he passed, remember being absolutely stunned, and I'm still not over it. :(
