It's watching stuff like this that you realize just how massive the gap between the top teir foreigners, middle teir and bottom teir (of pros). Select defiantly isn't top teir but vs elfi he makes the games as one sided as when Idra plays a mid level player.

@IncredibleGoliath he had 2 bases up, and when the collosus was back to full shield he would have been able to kill select. a collosus+small army > small mmm force. even it it went either way there, it was far from 1 sided

@Realthx Having the Nexuses is irrelevant - you can't start building probes again late game (preventing you from spending minerals on military) and expect to catch up with a Terran player who can call down mules. Plus an MMM army doesn't ever have to engage a collosus army until it attacks the terran's main base, and Select still had a siege tank and the econ to make more. Losing SCVs is simply less of a blow for terran players, or they wouldn't do what Select did and use them as a meat shield.
