My F200, which is supposed to be the same as the F250 has the plastic sleeve and stainless sleeve just above the stainless housing. I don't see that in this video? Also, the 3 washers, (2 flat and 1 spring) are not shown?

great info, thanks - I have the replacement pump plate and gasket, do I need to change those ? If I do I've hot a road block, the keyway for the impella is stopping it from being removed. Any help is greatly appreciated

Never mind, my local shop has the parts kits in stock and at a reasonable price! And with the help of this video I do believe I'll be able to do this repair myself.

I need to replace the water pump on my little 15-hp Yamaha 4-stroke F15D. Does anyone know of similar guides for my motor?

@jb0nez123 Just looked at several different years of Yamaha 15hp 4 strokes, most of it will be the same procedure, only difference is the shift linkage, it threads on. I have a video on a Mercury 50hp, the shift linkage is very similar. Hope this is helpful.
