if you look back far to find a Civic Biology textbook, you have to swim through hundreds of copies of censored and abridged science books that do have the views against EVILution. i may have spent all my life in Boston, but i did way too much on the Scope's trial.
I went to America once. Everyone is fat and eats gigantic portions of food. Everyone owns at gun and they shoot anything that moves. They wear clothes that don't fit and hate the Mexicans. They want to nuke everyone and think they are special. Most Americans live in poverty and have bad teeth. They get drunk easily and fear that the Native Americans are going to take their country back. They are plagued by tornadoes, hurricanes extreme weather. I am never going back.
Maybe this is'nt a good place to mentioned that I actually enjoyed Ray. But Rich is right, musical biopics are usually formulaic and lionize the life of their protagonist. But as Rich points out Hollywood(like all popular media) has never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
@BitterBosh He was fairly popular in the US in the 1980s-- He went to England, so it's not so much that we're "ignoring" him, he's just not here for us to see anymore.
@BitterBosh They ignore him because he lives in the UK, and does UK game panel shows. If BBC America aired this documentary in America, they woudln't ignore him, blame BBC America. If BBC America showed "Quite Interesting", this would be a non-issue!
I remember Rich Hall from his days with "Saturday Day Night Live" during the mid-80's. The reason I LOVE Qi is to have Rich Hall combined with either Jeremey Clarkson, Rob Brydon, David Mitchel, and Sean Locke.
@Internationale7 can't help thinking it kind of applies to my generation's need to get all our music from the Top 40, basically going straight for the "other people like it so, even if I don't like it, I should download it" thing.
