@sashasan The uploader recorded this scene in mirror image (look at the subtitles when he talks to the Russian taxi driver) as a way to avoid copyright problems with the video, so thats why it looks like the steering wheels are on the right. If you watch the movie it's the way its supposed to be

In Moscow police doesn't have such a French siren sound. Also their typical cruiser is not that '66 Lada but Ford Focus now. Earlier in the 90s they had Ford Crown Vic, and '69 Volga earlier than that. KGB has never used '90 Merc E-class as well. Default KGB car at the time of this movie was a '97 Volga, same brand and model year as Bourne's taxi in this scene. KGB fleet has used v8 powered in black.

@TheOldcountryboy nothing special. Watch the whole sequence carefully, that car gets no really crippling crash in the entire chase until (obviously) the end. Even when entering the main massive street with heavy traffic he gets a mercedes between him and the incoming traffic so any crash will be first absorbed by the chasing car before his own's. Obviously such driving is of superhuman ability but from the technical point of view of the car standing such punishment, is perfectly believable.
