hey do u know if the parkzone spitfire can hold this? i checked a site and it said all the parkzone warbirds could hold it yet i checked the official parkzone site and it couldnt. im confused.
The battery life seems to be the same. nothing noticeably less in the way of flight time. YES the metal gets hot at the contact. And so hot that over time the elastic bands begin to melt. You can take the contact apart (orange plastic comes off from the round metal) and shorten up the elastic if it gets stretched too much.
I got the stuff that came with the module and still have them too. That landing sucks!!! But I love where the plane ends up in the frame so I chose it. I agree a video cam would be really sweet. Hey Thanks for watching. Check out my other vid: Hobbyzone Super Cub with Floats too.
right to the tubular plastic on the battery cover. Put the drop module facing load-forward to fly better. Nose heavy is good if your carrying extra weight somewhere.
Thanks! I know I can land better than that!!! I chose that clip because the plane ends up in front of the stationary camera. I remember debating in my mind whether anyone would notice the rough landing!! ha Ha! good call
nice vid i will be getting the super cub soon and i will be hoping to get this module :)

Have you noticed if the drop module drains the battery faster?
Since is an electro magnet.
Also, can you please check if the metal point that becomes a magnet gets hot.... I haven't tested mine on the field, but it gets really hot.
Thanks.

I loved the still image of the plane with the cutout of you and the misses! I got to get one of these planes!

Did you get the parachute guy and streamer
things that came with the drop module?
Oh And I also noticed the rough landing lol.
Its to rough to take off where I fly, so I
have to hand launch. Almost every landing
results in a nose over because of the roughness, adding the biggest wheeles I could
fit helped a little bit though. You should put a video camera on it, I've
got one facing straight down just infront
of the landing gear.
