Thank you for the last enterant. If anyone is a fan of the blues, they would know it is the queen you are listening to. Her videos do no justice to incredible talent that is timeless. The web is a large, large area...look around and you will see strength in lyrics, rythym and most of all vocals. Etta, keep the blues alive!!!

Etta James was stunning & in peak form this past December at The Wiltern Theater and the sold-out audience were only noisy between songs but here the Hollywood Bowl audience sounds like a bunch of noisy drunks but Etta sounds great nonetheless...Bravo Etta and keep on rocking!!!

I saw Etta James on 9/11/07. When she first hit the stage I didn't even recognize her because she has lost more than 200 pounds. I was expecting at her age (almost 70) and after all the medical problems she's had very recently, that her voice would not compare to the records and live performances I've listened to for years. WRONG! She rocked - HARD. What a voice. She still has it. GO SEE HER LIVE. What a performer!

I think she has lost some of her range, but she's gained so much richness and depth, I like her voice even better now than I ever did on her classic recordings like "Sunday Kind of Love" and "Only Time Will Tell".
