I think i could find many faster PC`s then a Mac mini. Yeah iWeb and iMovie is a really nice software. But you have a Mac. can`t you use Final Cut? or other coo software that run great on macs. Your mac is completely useless if you don`t do anything

I'm not a hardcore movie editor y would I pay for final cut when iMovie does the job it's YouTube and brand new pc's in futureshop are slow as shit compared to my mac mini when it comes to opening iTunes and watching my blu Ray rips in vlc or any other thing I do on it. I bought it for serfing the web on my 40 inch tv and for downloading movies and stuff that's all I need it for and I want those tasks to be fast so I got a mac

not sure on the model but the same tv is still in futureshop for like 700 bucks now and it has 3 hdmi inputs but if u need more u can always get one of the hdmi hubs to get more plug ins.

yea same tv im getting this week. its the 120hz 1. dought ill need more then 3 hdmi ports though cause 1s for the direct tv, ps3, and the other is for my comp. ill probably put up a video sometime in the future.

Dude, I have a similar setup to what you have. No surround sound, but I have a 40" TV and a PS3 and a gaming PC all in my bedroom.

Does your room get hot with all that stuff running? My room is kind of small and the heat that comes out of the PS3/TV/PC is a ****. Especially now in summer... I don't use my PC much anymore cause of the heat. But the PS3/TV is still kind of hot.

I can't wait to move out to my own place so that I can have more space.

i have my hdmi from ps3 hooked into my tv then i have an av or just a red and white cord for audio going from my tv output sound to my phillips input which will display tv on the surround unit or if ur tv has a head phone jack u can buy cord that will have a head phone jack at one end then a red and white ends at the other end.

Ya FITZDWG the mac mini is great i bought the new one with the nividia graphic chip and it plays games alright but thats not what i bought it for, i got my ps3 to play games lol. But overall its sweet and pretty fast its as fast as my imac down stairs and the i mac has a better processer.
