I read somewhere that Laurie wasn't acting that he was hurt when Fry hit him on head with cricket bat. Fry accidently really hit Laurie on the head with it but Laurie continued acting perfectly.

Punching thing has been done so perfectly. In most cases like this actor who is supposed to be punched either falls too soon or too slow but Hugh's timing was perfect. Unfortunately, whole sketch is ruined by the fact that you can quite clearly see that Fry's hand is not even close to Laurie's head.

The joke is that Bitch women is implying that the ugly woman has a mustache, like the strike part of a match box, and bitch woman has a hairless arse, like the match tip.
