Really sorry, because i'm not normally the one who trolls,, but I can't help notice the over populating amounts of people like 'what max thinks' , people doing their own little personal commentaries or 'shows' surrounding current issues. .. Kinda sick of it....... I didn't mind Phillip De Franco, and Nerd Fighters were good, but .. there's sooo many now. more and more and more.. If you do read this Max, I apologize, and I wish you all the best,, but I thought i'd share my 2 Cents for a change..
@Sharma17 well at least give some people a chance. i try not to just talk to a webcam for 9 minutes of mumbleing and "um" which most "re:" videos are. im in the uk also, and there arent actually many "shows" that i see, but i see your point about phillyD and such. i personally think vloggers are the worst :P WAY too many people doing "a video a day for a year" challenges. but i support them as its a great thing to watch back when you are older, but they shouldnt be made to entertain others :)

You're absolutely right, and you have all the rights in the world to do what you do, and you deserve at least some respect for doing it freely. I realized that it's merely my own distaste for feedback shows or commentaries etc rather than what I was describing as 'how sad it was that there were so many'. fifth gear just desperately tries to copy top gear, a few seasons back, almost every episode of 5th gear was an attempt to copy every challenge, experiment etc that top gear did in a previous or current series and unsurprisingly, it failed quite badly. and now ther aparently trying to be funny like top gear and it just doesnt work.
i can see a SILver stig haha, or red will find out. no wonder why they canceled this month show, cus the damn stig left. STig u were the man. Why would u go to 5th gear? yes ur a racing driver and u need speed. But damn u had it all good. u had every mans dream driving all those cars. i think the fact is u got sick of them famous cars n ,just the tuaght of me driving one of those cars is a next life goal to happen. but then u decided to revealed ur self. dont get jeoulus when u see the new stig
Ben Collins was sacked because he dared to ask for a bit more recognition for his part in building up Top Gear's success over seven long years of loyalty. Shame on Wilman, Clarkson, May and Hammond. Very very poor man management from them and a shocking way to treat a decent bloke. Their new video on the new Stig is a nasty childish pop at Ben and reveals their greed. OK for them to make £millions but when The Stig wanted a bit more recognition - they pushed him out.
Fifth gear will always be a secondhand motorshow, and by them hyring the stig immediately after getting fired just shows how desperate they are and how they are trying to be as good as Top Gear. But the truth is they will never be. They don't have that present magic or chemistry as in TG. If I was a FG fan I would be really dissappointed and lost the respect for the program as a result of them "stealing" stig from the competitor show. As for Ben Collins, well, I don't really know when to start..
Now that the first episode of Fifth Gear with Ben Collin is out, I can comment and say Fifth Gear is going to make a run at the Gold! May, Hammond, and Clarkson are great and make Top Gear wonderful, but now with two Stig escapades gone wrong they need to rethink their strategy. I am across the pond in the US and bought Stig's book the day it was released and what a fantastic read it was!! Ben was getting the SHAFT with Top Gear and he deserved better.

As the fifth gear crew are made up of known racing drivers; namely: Jason Plato, Tiff Needell. I believe Ben Collins will join the crew as another presenter. I don't think it would be in Fifth Gear's best interests to "copy" the idea of the stig as this would potentially lose the already rather serious and Factual (More factual than Top Gear) shows audience. Afterall, the unidentified racing driver 'The stig' was something which was thought up by Jeremy and named after a childhood character.
Why the actual would you join fifth gear from top gear. Thats like Gerrard moving from liverpool to evrton :P
