I tried this drink yesterday and I wanted to warn people. I realized it was an energy drink and thought it would be just like ginseng n crap. I did not really read how many vitamins were in this. I drank it and almost immediately I got an extreme stomach ache. I would compare the pain to having a multi vitamin on an empty stomach x10. It went away after drinking some water but it was reaaaally painful. If you drink this have it with some kind of snack or food to absorb it.
