The photo on the oakleys website of the jade iridium makes them look really reflective green, but they don't look that intense in this video I think I'll go with those.

I have the matte clear with fire, the clear frames screw my vision up. I'm gonna have to see if I can get a opaque frame for the orange pieces.

Man, I really liked these, but when I tried them on in store they fit terribly. They came down and touched my cheeks. I think it's just the nose piece in the middle though. Seems much thinner than some other pieces, like the Gascan.

Great review. Jade Iridium is Oakley's response to the demand for G26, but with a base that's wearable on a daily basis.

@dthombs is Jade replacing Emerald? i heard emerald is being phased out at some point.

@winkywest95 my eyes are sensitive to sudden changes in light so when i put polarized lenses on i get a headache after about ten minutes of having them on

Originally that seperator on the stem was green than it was later changed to that matte black finish.

@oakleyxmetalxx yeah i know. at first i was bummed about it and thought it wouldn't look as good but n ow that i have them i wonder if it would have been too much green in that one area

@eyespy0099 I think both ways would look nice. To me there's enough black on the frame that the green may not have been to overpowering?

then again, the matte black is a nice contrast on the polished black frame.
