I am starting to grasp the idea but there is something missing for me. Perhaps I need more practical detail how how "looking" would be accomplished and what it would be liike. I know that would be hard because it has to be an individual experience, but if someone could articulate how they do it.... it would help. Maybe I am dense. Or resistant.
