When your clicking the stop watches for rotation, you only have to press the stopwatch on the axis you are using, dont waste time by clicking them all.

highlight your clip then press U and delete the audio, download your new gun shot and find the frame where the gun shoots and add it in. I assume you mean something like the shot in this clip /watch?v=Lrxe7dg5q3U

@CorsletHD Download his editing pack or anyones that comes with gun sounds etc. Then make a new audio track. Then put the gun shots, explosions whatever you want where the shots should be :) make sure to delete or mute the game audio though.
