Who uses Setzer?

I do, just put him offering relic with Fixed dice as a weapon, since the damage of fixed dice isnt reduced by the multi attack, you can get like 4 times 8000 or higher attacks if you are lucky.

Ha, I beat everyone. I use Setzer AND Relm. Mwa ha ha ha!

you know, Relm has her uses, her magic stat is the highest natural stat, and learning lores like white wind and some other lores like that with control.

That's true... But the poor girl loses out on others like Sabin, Edgar, Terra, and Strago himself. I use her because of Lore learning, and also because I love kicking ass with a little girl and big ol' paintbrush.

and with the cat hood, its easier to gain gp if you need it, its needed more for the advanced version to get the money needed for the gilgamesh summon.
