Many people can relate to this character, in different variations, whether your an older brother, sister, Mother, Father, Grandfather, Grandmother, you always want to guard your family or even friends, you want to be loyal to them, help them out regardless what situations occur, and you know if your the typical person who gets teased alot (Kimahri) or any type of criticism from people (Biren and Yenke) you gotta motivate yourself to prove others wrong, and keep a positive mentality :)

Adding more, is that since Kimahri has 2 brothers who was always teasing and broke his horn, he did not want to experience that again, and to prove to the Ronso, Yevon, Everyone that he is Strong, and not weak and can overcome any obstacle, and by beating Biren and Yenke, he fulfilled that deed, the ultimate test, to prove his strength, loyalty, devotion, determination as a guardian, and brought confidence knowing that his brothers are proud that he is ready to fight Sin.

This song is too sick. I Think Kimahri is the best character in FX(imo) reason why, is his story, he is a loyal guardian, and always guarded his life and devotion to Yuna, and protected everyone who surrounds her as well (Wakka, Lulu, Chappu), and he always stuck to his discipline. Also that he was criticized by his brothers, which lead him to train harder and prove his strength, not only as a Ronso, but Strength to Yevon (God) and the whole tribe.

I hate to argue, but with the person below saying, "After Final Fantasy 10, the ff's became stupid." If they were stupid and pointless, they wouldn't be selling. I believe the sequel, Final Fantasy X-2, was a different mood. It was more of a gentle game until about Chapter 3 with Vegnagun, Lenne, Shuyin; where the plot ACTUALLY sets in. That was my favorite game for years. FF X never interested me then. This game has a more touching story. Just because you think the rest are stupid, they're not.

Then let me speak my "judgement". I spent like 100 hours with FF13 and i finished the storyline and most of the "sidequests" (which we all well know were not really alot) and i can say the following: FF13 is a decent game, it has awesoem graphics, wonderful cutscenes and a pretty good story, so you might say "it is a good game" but now compare it to FFX and you know: It is NOT a good Final Fantasy.
