Stork zealot micro is 1 of the best in korea, even top 10 kespa players find it hard to stop.. So he give himself a higher chance of winning by cheesing, its nothing wrong. Considering there are only 8 mineral patches, if the game goes long, Protoss loses its advantage.

1) is a new map with new cheese places

2) there is no ramp between main and natural

3) terran did't make wall on the choke
