Well said on MP. I kinda wish if they'd gone MP that you could have 2 ninja's who were like Ryu and maybe a clan friend or something go tearing through a level together in Co Op. Just stack a crap ton more enemies but not the ghost pirannas or the damn'd soldiers from NG2. OMFG, I can't tell you how many times I hated fighting the soldiers from like what was it level 7 on? The Werewolves were pretty fun though.

A lot of games originally just have SP usually suck in MP, especially PVP cause the character move set/action are not 'right' for the situation hence games like RE5 PVP was a complete disaster. But they cant just change and add different move cause it will change the overall game in the single player. Putting Multiplayer allow them to experience...

Is because multiplayer brings replayability to a game. Are you going to replay the game 100 times in single player mode? No, you wouldn't. After you finish the story you may come back and finish the game maybe a couple of more time after a while and you would not consistently replay single player.

I agree with certain games shouldn't have MP like RE5 because it just poorly done. It definately has the potential but definately poorly made like several.. (TBC)

@plutoALIEYUN ryu's zombie arm is actually explained in the game. you actually dont have to play the first 2 in order to understand the new one. the first 2 had a story to them, but the story wasnt that deep, and anything important that you could have missed from the first 2 games, they will easily explain in the new one. so dont spend 80 flippin dollars on 1 and 2 unless you really like 3=)

The "zombie arm" I believe show the dark side of Ryu and as the creator was saying that all killings affects Ryu and he has to suffer the consequences. They didn't have a story like this for the 1st two games. Idk I'm just anxiously waiting for this game cause Im ready... Hope you enjoy the series!!!!! :D

@epiCK32 You raise a good point with Skyrim, but that is a well known established brand and company. But what about a smaller studio like CD Projekt Red. They sold about 1 million legal copies, but was pirated 4.5 million times. That hurts a small studio a lot, part of the reason they are trying to release a console version to make back some of that lost money. Im not saying that pirating is the single cause but you have to admit it is a big problem (SOPA is not the answer tho).

you must know very little about game development. Making a PC version of a game is definitely the most challenging and time-consuming of all platforms (if you want to make a good version that is). When you dev for consoles you know your exact specifications and limitations; for PC you have absolutely NO idea what rig any end-user will have. So you get issues like Rage fucking up on AMD drivers, or old games like GTA 4 still needing supercomputers to run maxed out.

Once you put a game on a console you can literally copy the code and all the data to a PC, from there it is just a matter of changing the formatting, and allowing for more compatibility. At most, the process would take an extra month, but contrary to consoles, people tend to stick to one game for a long time on the PC, so a one month delay won't lose the company much profit at all, if anything it will allow more people to get word of it and want to buy it.
