  • Is this company still hanging on? I wish they were better. I know 24 hr service was halted years ago. Verizon may buy them out, but I believe Verizon needs them to show there is a competitor still left.

  • He says they need to be easy to work with - well, I have a covad account and have been without service for 7 days with no resolution in sight. They also love to put you on hold every 5 minutes for 5-10 minutes - so if you are looking for word of mouth to determine who to use - hear me and stay clear of Covad. May I place you on hold for 5-10 minutes while I review your account???? 7 days down - and counting...
