Haha. No, those are definitely chords. He put together some nice ones that aren't conventional, but they're still chords. The verse is just F#, Bbm, Ebm, and C#. The chorus is Bbm, Ebm, Bbm, Abm, Bbm, Ebm & B, C#.

If you'd really like, I can probably figure out the exact chords (minus some hammer ons and pull offs). It's late, though, and I'm going to bed.
