  • I have a great deal of respect for lifeguards.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • Inexperienced immigrants.

  • my dad almost died at carlsbad because of ripe tides his bugee board snapped into in 2007

  • @GorillazFan1104 yeah bugee boards are not actually classified as proper floatation devices that can be used if your in trouble because of the tendence to snap and because of the materials they're made from.

  • wow that was cool!

  • if you dont livve buy the ocean dont go in i live in carlsbad and i hate all the fuckin kooks

  • WOW! That lifeguard has a strong arm.

  • @getemhi he does that lil gurl jus flew ova ther

  • Hey at least she got back to shore!

  • it's not fake, im a lifeguard.. i know.. but the way that wave throws her back to shore is absolutely hilarious XD

  • @Chelle2190 it sure is hilarious

  • @Chelle2190 it sure is hilarious

  • this is SOOOO fake!

    worst rescue ever...

  • You'd be surprised how many people drown within 20 mts from shore.

  • Good job by the lifeguard. Sometimes people rely too much on boogie boards and those things as floation devices. They're not. In this case the swimmer would've just kept drifting out further and further to sea...

  • You're incorrect. You don't drift further and further out to sea. The waves push you toward shore. Rip currents will take you out only so far before they die out.

  • Nice try. I'm a lifeguard.

  • When you get caught in a rip current, the waves DO NOT push you to shore. You're the one who's incorrect. This is one of the problem's with the internet...we have people like you who don't know jack making comments and volunteering erroneous information as if they do.

  • Thank you for pwning that guy

  • unless there is an on shore wind.

  • was dat reli a rescue or just pushing her in.
