i love the sound Jimmy uses one this. i think he selects the middle position on the pickup toggle, but you can get a very similar sound if you use the treble pickup and roll off the tone a bit, if i remember correctly. it's pretty useful if you have the Peter Green mod like i do :)

Killer JTM45 tone as usual!

I take it you like the switch to the 1.5k resistors. (I started that Udo thread on the Metroamp forum) I tried it but I went back to the 470s'. It seemed like I lost some of that "openess" in the JTM 45 with the 1.5k resistors.
