I don't think it affects them at all. They had crowds in Miami following them also. They must be used to it by now. If you watch the first episode (Season 3) you can see the crowds up and down the street when they arrive at the house. The shots are quick so you don't notice. The crew used different camera angles to block the crowds out, and they used music when the fans cheered.
