Actually, the Japanese name is Okkusenman. It stands for "110 million."

That's funny. I always thought Okkusenman was a song written LATER(2001-2002ish?) using the music from the MM2 wily stages.

The full name of the song is called "Omoide Wa Okkusenman". Which translates as "My dreams are 110 billion". According to the english lyrics it has reffences to a Japanese super hero giant called Ultraman.
