Hey man. Nice tut. I use Gsnap but if you are wondering where the dry/wet setting nob is in FL studio, its in the mixer panel in the effect list auto tune, reverb , delay, etc,.

NEXT to EVERY EFFECT (autotune) there is a KNOB dry/wet. turn it to 100% wet and make sure the wet is all the way up on the effect as well.cheers.

Awesome vid man. One thing though, Lower the mix volume in the delay so u can hear the delay in the distant cause I feel its too far into the main vocals and its losing a lil bit of effect. But overall great video, and U sound a lil like Donnell Jones to me. God Bless u man

k, what you have to do is instead of putting auto tune on the channel itself put it on a send instead. press f9 to open your mixer, your sends are at the far right side. so lets say you are recording into insert 1. click at the top where it says "insert 1" to activate it, and then turn the pot "knob" to run it through the send, and through auto tune. catch my drift? i wish i could show you a vid. it would be easier

that's pretty bitching. I recorded some stuff with my band and we used auto tune very lightly (because I was able to stay in proper key/pitch for the most part). Except the way I hear the vocals being "processed" in this way of using auto tune makes me want to use it. It wouldn't be for the purposes of keeping one in pitch, but giving the vocals that neat effect.

yo man. to make it only the wet vocal you have to mute the monitor on your sound card. also what you might want to do is route a track from your card to a track with autotune. then when you record you will record the dry vocal and then be able to mess with it later.
