bad yes but keeping in mind that this very early model series Holden Commodore (78-80) was slammed into that wall at over 100kph! Any car that hits a wall that hard is gonna be pretty much annihilated!! And besides there ain't that many of these things left on the roads anyways..

The car simply collapsed into itself due to the sheer force of the impact. something like 110 or 140kph.

To all those wondering the make of car - it's actually a an early 80's VC Holden Commodore. Before you go mad about the shocking results - this test was done at Crashlab's new facility in Sydney, NSW. To prove the strength of the new barrier, they crashed this Commodore into the wall at over 160km/h. Hence, the car was flattened by the force, not because it was a badly built vehicle!
