This technique only seems to work with Firefox, Within chrome a scroll box appear which is very annoying! and within IE and Safari the background (of the player) is white! only in Firefox does it support transparency of the background... any ideas how to sort this???

i created a new folder on my desktop giving it a name and the folder was empty so i can make a new site so i can practise doing dreamwaver tutorial.i opened the folder in dreamweaver and it had everything that was on the dekstop,i went the the local files to delete everything that came in with the folder,and when i went to my desktop everything was deleted and moved into the recylce bin!!!!!why did that happen

umm one issue only. When I tried to view my site in firefox it said that I needed to install plugins, and asked to find and install them. After clicking yes it told me that it couldn't find any plugins I didn't have. So basically I have a video file on my site that cannot be played.... HELP!

media:School Prsentation.mov - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put School Prsentation.mov. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.

@itomlab Click on the plugin icon, then click the parameters button in the properties bar. In the window that opens, type 'autoplay' under the parameter heading and 'false' under the value heading. Hope this helps.

Go to Ustream(dot)tv make an account and then you can find some where a code box for HTML. Right click and copy it. Then go to Dream Weaver and then rightclick>insert HTML>past the HTML code from Ustream and push enter. Now cast your live show via Ustream(dot)com and viewers can watch on Ustream and your own webpage.

Can you make a video like youtube, you have a place for video and for video only and portion for the list of video. So if you clicked the video from the list, it will play it in the video portion. So your viewer will learn the right way.

If your Website has media files like this your web host requires additional script for them to work properly. Its a nightmare, i thought i was ready to launch my site only to learn i need to go and learn how to create this script, and i cant find any tutorials or info on the subject. Not to mention all the html files i will need to alter.

Right click on the option box to the quicktime player. Then a meny will open, you should be able to press a button wich says something like: Quicktime player start automaticly? Turn that one off.

How can you set the quicktime players to start after a countdown? I would like to have a song played for 30 seconds on website, and after 30 seconds it stops. And after those 30 seconds of the song has been played i would like to have something else being played. But i don't want them to play over each other.

What i mean is that i dont want the quicktime players to start automatic. I would like for my viewers to have an option on what they would like to hear.
