murderers are often the last person you would expect. Especially in religious settings. The dad blinks in a way that suggests he's not telling the truth.
Actually they both do.
When asked if she forced him to drink the seasoning Hannah denies it. And as she does her eyes close. This is strong evidence of lying. Compare with the police officer whose eyes remain open when responding. There is a subconscious tendency to close the eyes when lying.

What's the big deal over the camera in the boys bedroom? If anything it shows that she felt she needed to watch over the boys when she's not in the room. Why else would someone put a camera in the kids room? People do it every day!! We have 'nanny cams, Nursery Cams' etc. I think we need more cameras where ever there's children around!
@DThinkinhumanbean, I ''SEE'' that you are very bored!!! As for your comments, If you had bothered to educate yourself on child abuse, or something known as Munchausen by proxy, You would know that often an abusive parent singles out one child to abuse, treating the others in the family very well. No, God did not reveal the truth to me, I just stated my opinion, but obviously you believe he has revealed it to you, since you 'see' it differently!LOL
This kind of evidence-less witch hunt doesn't do much to dispel the stereotype that Texans are all living in the middle ages. I'm amazed they didn't get a bunch of torches and pitch-forks, start chanting and burn her alive over a basket of black cats. Backward shits.
The teacher testimony that corroborate Hannah testimony was important to me. I believe one does not know what really happen. being so she should not be convicted . Besides she is a mother of 5.
So she smiles while telling about a pastor who suggested putting a pepper flake on their tongue, to teach them that we can hurt others with our tongues! Why is it such a stretch to think she did the same with the creole seasoning.I don't see anything innocent about this Mother at all! She is guilty of abuse!!
@judy4justice You don't "see" it, eh? How scientific. What exactly are you seeing? Is God whispering in your ear or are you some kind of shaman and just had a psychic journey or something which revealed the truth to you? You don't seem quite rational lady. Perhaps you should re-examine the logic of your statements.
Maybe the bruising on his arms were from where he was held down while she forced him to eat or drink salt? How would the Father know the kid ate 12 and a half eggs? Did he feed them to him one egg at a time or did he scramble 13 eggs.Where does he buy his eggs?Mine come in a dozen pack. That whole comment was just odd.I think they just abused him and he died, simple as that! Just because the other kids weren't abused means nothing. In many families, one child is singled out for the abuse.
@judy4justice How come you care so much? I don't think you would leave so many comment about it unless you abuse children yourself. It is just odd for you to say that. In many families, people who abuse their kids go on youtube and start making irrational comments on the videos. I can "see" it clearly, you must've abused children at some point. It's obvious. See what it's like to have someone form way out theories about every little thing? Now you know how Hannah would feel, reading you.
I think the woman killed this child. Why were his clothes burning on the grill, his mattress outside? Why was a security camera pointed at his bed? I think she was evil!!
There is a disorder which is like diabetties but with salt, it is much more rare than normal sugar diabetties. There was a similar case in UK a woman charged and convicted for poisoning their child with salt but it was this diabetties thing. Maybe it could be that.
this mother is innocent! she loved this little boy to death. It was a fatal mistake that killed andrew. She is innocent, but was not ready to be a mother.
so tartydarling, you should shut yo big fat mouth. Because you are so freakin retarded that you have to blow open your mouth without knowing the facts.
The DA is just making stuff up! "Andrew had an enraged mother" -- what is her basis for that? "Who didn't, I don't think, love him the way she loved her other biological children" -- where did she get that?
The American legal system is bullshit. What ever happened to the presumption of innocence? I understand the importance of making sure all of the facts are being stated, but many in that trial seemed to stretch the truth into a lie. He had pica (and probably other things), it's not a common disease and many are confused about it, including the people associated with this boy. They made various mistakes, like giving him the salt solution, but automatically assuming it was force fead is bullshit.
I think the boy had a mental defect. A disorder. It certainly would explain his behaviour which he also showed outside the home. I have a child with a disorder and some of the things Andrew did my son did also. I think there defenitely was something with him. I do not believe the foster mother that there never was something about him. I don't know why, maybe just gut feeling.
What is she guilty of? Not discerning the signs of salt intoxication from the signs of a common flu. Now five children are without a mother. Did she act? When cold, she warmed him with a blanket and a warm bath. When his breathing was affected she gave him a breathing treatment. When he did not respond to her care, she rushed him to the hospital and on the way he stopped breathing.
Was he tested for Prader Willi syndrome?

The little boy had an eating and mental disorder. The parents acted perfectly normal to an ironic situation. Hannah Overton is definitely not guilty.

Putting Hannah Overton in Prison has got to be one of the cruelest things ever executed by the American Justice System.

It would take MASSIVE amounts of salt to kill someone. Are you kidding?

She gave him CPR in the car and again at the urgent care clinic until the paramedics arrived. Is this failure to act?
