ohhh I've had some very tasty Belgian beers, Sam. I had a wheat one a few years back that had ground mustard seed in it [settled in with yeast at the bottom and did not provide unpleasant texture when added to glass.] It was delicious. Bdonski does need to leave his Chimayic comfort zone, but he is young and seems to have good taste so I have confidence in him :)
