I know another way. If you kill one of the killer bees after you got them good and apologized by pushing them into water or into the side of those stairs when you talk to 1 it will show it from weird angles. Sometimes it shows the island out in the sea and then the music will either be the sea music or none. I just did that earlier today.
There is another music glitch on windfall:
1. go during night in front of the eskimo guy's stall (so you won't get caught by him in daytime)
2. play the day/night song.
3. wait for day to come. Don't press any buttons. The windfall song will play.
Within a second, there will be a flash picture of just ocean. Then the song changes to the one when you are in the boat.
if it doesn't work, then try different stalls, or face a different direction. If it works, reply to this.

The glitch also works in reverse, if you come to an island at sunset then wait until the sun goes down, the music stays at night.

this also happend to me too only a diffrent sea music like when your far and not close to any island.

ya ive done it before too.when you come to windfall right when it turns day the music shuts off
