Dude, you are looking HOT. 123 lbs - amazing! Good for you! I've had bites and nibbles of "bad" things and don't dump either. Though sometimes I wish I did. I was told I shouldn't/couldn't drink, but I've sipped one or two drinks - though usually at home cuz I'm a real lightweight now! You are right on track! The honeymoon is over! Yes, wanting to eat after a dispute - sounds pretty normal - I think we all hear ya there! You and Parker sure look alike now! Cyberhugs -

Garry - thanks for a real, honest video about temptation. I have learned not to feel guilty about eating things that "normal" people eat. ( I had sleeve surgery, so no dumping, so that's a bit different.)

I have a question. how much does drinking water affect weight loss. I still haven't been getting my water in but trying.
