I tried this recipe, but it turned out slightly bitter. So anyone planing to make this pls add very little fenugreek seeds (I added half tsp, still it was bitter). I added sugar and water to reduce the bitterness but it was not very useful. Anyways will try it again, less seeds and only slightly dry roast both seasame and fenugreek seeds bfore adding coconut. I generally go through reviews for additional tip, so posting this.

bossu, pls dont keep spon into your mouth and again dip the spoon inot sous, if u r doing the same thing then pls let me know in which hotel u r cook. it may help not to come ;)
and u say some unusual statements really makes the viewer to think.
eg: "all over the world comes to hyderabhad to just eat fish on one particluar day"
"my grandma is the creator of all these dishes"
and u also say some know things to people as if u only introduced.
@balajimcat25 seriously man,,,, u have a problem with his stories,, so wt do u want,,, a strict training session where someone teaches u cooking,, he adds a little fun to the job hez doing,,, try to look at the bright side of what u get man,,, learn the cooking that hez teaching,,,it did a world of good to me and its going to stay for the rest of my life with me,,,
@balajimcat25 all cooks taste the food with spoon by placing it in their mouth....and then they dip it back....but there is a technique in doing it, You can ask any professional cook or chef about this, i am sure they will be able to explain it much better than me.
hello.. u r my god father.. u really help the students alot.. i c all ur recipes and try it.. i never know tat i can cook this good.. credit goes to u :)
Boss, u r just awesome !! The way u deliver the presentation is impressive!! I was always looking for one great recepie for Fish Curry. I got one here. I wish i get one more for making it in Microwave one
very nice. thanks for sharing the recipe. As a chinese chef, i would deep fry the fish and top with little bit of sauce. I can't imagine u can boil/cook the fish for a hr or two. fish paste? i don't want my customer order the fish and after that 3 bowl of rice.
Amazing... i remember this incident now ...we got married last year & came to US.I decided to cook dinner on the wknd.My wife told me before that she likes fish.so i decided to cook fish!! it was one of the most daring feat i did :) . had no internet so unknowingly based on my prev experience with the spices - I did everything told in this video EXCEPT that I DID NOT GRIND the spices. It gave a different flavor and the curry was awesome :) . I recommend trying this
I love your recipe. I want to try it so bad. Can you let me know how much Tamarind concentrate I need to make the tamarind juice for this recipe. I dont get Tamarind Pods in my area.
Hi Sunjay your sound effects are very good...how come no sound effect int his video? Great JOB!!! Do you know how to make Sindhi Biryani ? Please advise
why are you not mentioning the qty of ingredients ??? you say you want to share recipes then why are you not mentioning the exact qty ??? The presentation is all over very good
he's adding it in front of you... what more do you need! for enhanced culinary skills, try developing a 'feel' for quantities rather than needing scientific measures
Thank you very much for sharing. Your video was very simple and easy to understand. Your presentation techniques are very good. I will have to give it a try.
Sanjay!! U r really great chef!! I liked the way you explain ur reasons why u add certain integrients. And more over very honest...u know y?? till now any cookery show i have seen, they always say 'wow' in the end of the cooking, when they taste. But u r honest, u just said that the curry is become little salty...I liked it! I tried cooking this fish curry and wow it tasted really great!!! thanks:-)

Yes, this particular kind of fish curry (called 'meen kozhambu' in Tamil) requires tamarind paste/juice.
