Is it possible to import the video when you make the effect in after effects to sony vegas then add audio?

Also, why did you go on export and not import in the video?

after you have made your effects just render it out in After Effects and then just import in sony vegas. than you can add music and do many other stuff.

k i rly need someones help i have cs4 and i been watching a load of tutorials and they use the bar where it says all ur layers bottem left they use a column called mode. and thats where u can mix layers and stuff how come on my cs4 i dont have that? and where can i do the same thing?

Thats weird, maybe CS4 has it somewhere else. Or your CS4 is something wrong.

ok i found what to do. at the bottem left of screen there is a button toggle "switches/mode" click that and it changes so u have the track mat and mode.

hey you know that thing you do in the beggining of the video,where you move the line and the video moves? how come I cant do it on mine anymore,i have cs4 aswell,but when i move the arrow,my video doesnt move along.Any tips on how to fix it?

hmm, you mean the red line vertical on your timeline that is letting you see at what point your video is? well just click on that yellow thing on the top of the vertical red line on your timeline and then just hold your left mouse button and move it forward or backward (what you want). hope this helps.
