I doubt it's just the supers that make her an imbalanced character, but for now, it's not too bad. I DO think some of them are still a little overpowered though, and you don't have to decrease her attack power to fix it, you should fix the initial damage output of the attack (in the hitdef).
I tried fixing the initial damage put, MANY times. As for her playstyle, her attack speed is relatively slow and she is defenseless against short characters. And I didn't necissarily say that she herself was cheap and broken, but the fighting game she comes from is.
No, I know how, and I've done it before. It just doesn't work. In fact, it's like the only thing you can change without making any big changes with the coding is the default stats.
I know how to change an individual attack's damage, and for some cases, the target life add. But no matter what numbers I put it at, it remains the same.
The only one I tried changing was the current 1 energy one. I went as far as halving the damage for every hit. But it appeared to do nothing when I clicked on the save and tested it out in MUGEN.
Hmm...lol the level 3 super, sounds like that made up DBZ char. ATATATATATA!! All supers look balanced. I think I remember that in the poweradd you have to change the number in the cmd file on those 3 supers and change the power = 1000 or whatever it has to the number you want for her to use the super like if you have one bar and you want level2 super it will be nulled.

Is it because it seems to deal the same amount of damage no matter what, or do you simply not know how?

hm... There has to be an explanation...

well the hypers attacks are well balanced but it seems like it cost a bit too much. Maybe putting your power to 4000?

Maybe. I'll see how that works out tonight. Thanks for the suggestion.
