the guy in the white was using too much strength trying to submit too early. im no pro but when you waste all your strength on something that isnt working after 1 minute. you should give it up by then and move to another position. instead of wasting all your strength on a move that isnt working. therefore. the guy in white lost because he had no more strength left when the guy in grey got outta the headlock

thats no sleeper hold, that move is more likely to collapse the trachea than the RNC (rear naked choke), there is also a french name for it called like "monte de lion" which means lion killer. The RNC is better for this case in which you don't want to accidently kill the opponent because it pinches the arteries on your neck and cuts off oxygen to the brain. Thus putting the victim to sleep within 10 seconds
