I bought the exact pair over the weekend. Didn't realize what an excellent shoe it was. After one workout in these, i felt the difference right away. less strain on your feet and more muscle activity. I would recommend this shoe too.

I got a pair of realflex's yesterday from my local shoe store 'Prime Sole'. And i paid $90 for mine. I'm not a runner what so ever, but i got them as a "school shoe". And wore them for 8 hours today and loved them! They are VERY light (obviously because they are made for runners) and they're also comfortable! I was coming from a pair of Nike Shocks.

I run XC and i don't really like these shoes besides that they are very, VERY lightweight but they aren't much of a stability type shoe. So for me i trip and kinda "studder step" with these shoes on it just depends on you type of foot i guess??...

I don't mean to hate, but this video doesn't add any real feedback shoe. You just spend the entire video describing what it looks like and how its a very very great shoe. I'm going to add some information about this shoe. For those of you that ask if it’s good for playing basketball: no they are terrible for basketball. All running shoes are terrible for basketball. Running happens mostly in the sagittal plane and there is little need for lateral protection. Buy basketball shoes for basketball.

These are designed for those w/ forefoot gait or are trying to develop one. If you are googling what that is, dont buy these. These shoes dont force you to run on the balls of your feet. You cant just buy these shoes and magically you're a forefoot striker. Minimalist running takes time and a conscious effort to adjust to. 95% of people buy these shoes for the wrong reason: clever marketing campaign. Sorry for ranting but I rehab people for a living and people are too easily misinformed

Been waiting for someone to put out a review on these shoes. I picked up the womens shoe about 2 weeks ago and have been running in them ever since. I love them. They are super lightweight, flexible, comfortable and stylish (I got them in pink). My husband picked up the zigtechs, but he prefers running in his vibrams. Thanks for the review.

It is true that if you run downhill incorrectly, you will probably hurt your knees. When you are running downhill, don’t lean back. Even though it goes against your natural reflexes, lean slightly forward. Your body should be centered over your knees. Your midfoot (not heel) should strike the ground first.

In the first place why would you even need heel support when running you're SUPPOSED to land on your mid/fore foot?

@ethan3037 Hey have you heard of new balance's line of minimus shoes? There's this shoe called the minimus trail that has a sole which was made in conjunction with Vibram. So it's like a vibram/new balance hybrid. I would have gotten it but the orange and black looked a little too flamboyant for my taste. So I just went with the minimus life because they looked pretty decent. I've tried the vibrams and didn't think it was worth it to wear them around everywhere looking like a freak lol.

Thick? Nah not really lol. In the back kinda but it gradually thins out towered the front, but the entire shoe forms around what u step on so yes u can feel what u step on. This was my honest opinion of the shoe, it's not like if the shoe sucks I'm going to soy here and praise it lol.
