  • Ugh! Everyone has vids on how to add widget to websites, blogs & facebook. HOW DO YOU ADD A FLOATING WIDGET or ICON IN A VIDEO. Like when ppl vids are showing & the little "Follow me on Twitter" pops up at the bottom or a little floating bird or cute icon w.their @ name?! HELP! Don't have the feature in my Windows Movie Maker, just "add a title on selected clip"

  • hey,

i understood this tutorial pretty well and got it made but i am now wondering how i can get the twitter box on to my homepage of my website

  • if i move my twitter feed over to the right, will it overlap everything else. because of the margin?

  • @HDEpicGraphics it depends on how you have designed your page as to whether it will overlap. Generally margins push other elements away. You could float it to the right, you could position it absolutely, you could display it inline. Lots of ways. - James

  • ok, how do i move my feed all the way to the right of the page?

  • Hey James, thank you for this great tutorial! It really helped me with a blogsite I'm making for my brother. Once it's all done, I'll show it to you! Keep up with the tutorials, they're very helpful and appreciated.=)

  • Learning all this code and stuff as I go along so not really sure how to get this widget in the box I made :/ I have a heading and then underneath that, some text, then underneath that I want this twitter feed but if i just copy and paste the code nothing comes up :/ and if i start doing that Div id stuff my whole website goes funny :L help? :')

  • FUCKING DREAM WAVER 1000000000 times...

Piece a shit of fucking programs.. Removed from my computer and trough the disc in the garbage..

  • I've been learning dreamweaver for a day now, this was easy and straight forward to use. Thank so much.

  • Hey James, i'm kind of noob. Could you explain, after i made the .css file for the widget, how to get it in to my homepage?

  • @Terpie94 if you have already made a css file then you will have to attach it to the page; at the bottom of the css styles panel is a button that looks like a sideways eight. click on that and then browse for the css file you have created

    ------

if you need to create a css file then click inside the div tag that you have the feed inside of and click on the create new css rule and then then save the file into your site.

    hope that helps. James

  • @DreamWeaverTutorial Erm not really. I delete the div tag of the image were i want the widget, and insert at that place the div tag of the widget. Then i attach the .css file of the widget to the site, but if i preview it on Chrome, the widget comes out the content box, really bugged. How to fix that?
