Hey im going to Laurier and am a pretty avid parkourist, you do a lot of ppl do parkour in Waterloo? Just curious and can ppl from Laurier join UWPK...also sweet beats
How fit do you have to be to do parkour? I'm a bit chubby, but I hope to be exercising quite a bit this summer and next year.. I'm coming to Waterloo in the fall should I try this out?
@Lotsofgoatses We have people of all different fitness levels :) It helps to be healthy, but even if you aren't, parkour is a great way to stay in shape.
If I decide Im going to Waterloo I am definitely joining you guys. I was a bit turned off by the lack of the social life everyone is talking about in Waterloo, but this club is definitely a bonus!!
@Candorly We have tons of beginners every term! Just check out kw.pkto.ca to find out meet times. We have several girls who train with us regularly, and we always enjoy it when more girls come out! :)
@BISKEYJEH I just graduated in December from AFM (Arts Accounting), Glen is something to do with Math, either 5th year or first year, depending on how you look at it.
So I just stumbled across this again today. It reminds me of the last time I came to Waterloo to train haha, I'll attach a video so you can see. As soon as the snow stops I plan on coming up to train!!!
