i agree but deaf people are not dumb these days.. not all deaf people uses phone while driving.. alot of hearing people uses phone ALL the time.. might wanna watch what you say buddy... im deaf i know whats going on around....

DEAF to anything anyone's says to them. DUMB in their arrogance using their mobile in front of the general public and BLIND to any other road users. I'm on the disabled person's side. My Oldest daughter is in fact very much disabled. See you.
