I'm stumped. It looks like an overworked graphics prossesor, but I'm not any good at this kind of thing.
I sure hope someone can help with this. A down Dreamcast is a bummer.

yeah it could, because i dont see any capacitors that show any issue nor something burned in the inside, atm i wont invest in a new system as a fair amoung of games run and play just fine, but prolly next year
My Dreamcast has problems with a handful of games, but plays most fine. My Xbox is the same way.
