Very nice video and audio. Will you be doing more videos of the District, Hammersmith & city and or Circle line bearing in mind you were driving a C69/c77 which are used on the Circle & H&CL although wikipedia states that the C stock is used on the Wimbledon Branch of the District line but you probably know that anyway. Thanks
Thanks for posting this. Used to go on the tube from my digs in West Ham to college in Barking from 1984 to 1988. Haven't been back since. Don't remember any of the journey, but nice to do it again...
Another good effort despite the heavy rain. It was good approaching the Barking flyover complex and seeing the Barking to Gospel Oak line coming in from the left and the what was LTS line on the right.
Remember this line when it was all R/COP/Q stock etc!!
Not forgetting of course the Class 302s on the LTS!!
.. as an addition (and slightly more serious) to the bloke from Moscow... It used to be called the London Tilbury & Southend Railway.. the trains used are class 357 Electrostars. Close cousins of the 377 and 375 Electrostars used by Southern & Southeastern trains... waffle over.. nice vid poshjosh

They should get rid of that platform 3 at Barking and reverse all trains via the sidings.
On second thoughts just run them all to Upminster, would love to ride a C stock east of Barking

thanx for posting these 2 videos.
i had a wonderful nostalgic 20 minutes watching them.
how i hated driving the C Stock - those ghastly brakes!
by the time i moved back to conventional stock (this was nearly 30 years ago!) i was using the Westinghouse all the time...

Woo an old white district line train!
I prefer the old ones that havn't been refurbished =/ they feel more cosy inside n dont deafen you with a beep when the doors open =)
