Je kan wel alles onder godsdienst scharen, vriend. Als ik een godsdienst verzin waarin staat dat Joden varkens zijn, en ongelovige honden moeten sterven (deze godsdienst bestaat al) dan mag dat wegens vrijheid van godsdienst? Als ik gebruik wil maken van mijn vrijheid van meningsuiting (ook grondwet) en kritiek lever op de islam dan mag dit niet vanwege de vrijheid op godsdienst? Welke wet weegt dan het zwaarst? Hebben atheisten ook vrijheid van godsdienst?

Dat zij niet telkens worden geconfronteerd met andermans godsdienst? Want door de vrijheid van godsdienst kan ik niet winkelen op zondag, zijn er dagen dat ik niet in een bepaald zwembad mag zwemmen omdat daar dan alleen vrouwen zwemmen (moslims), tegenwoordig is overal halal eten, etc. Waarom word ik hier neit tegen beschermd, zoals ook gelovigen worden beschermd? Zal ik dan ook maar een godsdienst gaan verzinnen en op mijn werk bepaalde vrije dagen eisen met mijn feestdagen?

Ik ben persoonlijk een groot voorstander dat die middeleeuwse wet, vrijheid van godsdienst, wordt afgeschaft. Vrijheid van godsdienst is in mijn ogen: mensen hun gang laten gaan in hun prive sfeer. In het openbaar, op werk, en school gelden andere regels. Omdat er ook heel veel mensen zijn met een andere religie, of mensen zonder religie. Deze moet je ook beschermen. Maar religieuse mensen moeten blijkbaar altijd hun religie en opvattingen opdringen aan iedereen.

Jazeker maar ze moeten niet boos worden als een christelijke winkel dicht is op zondag joodse winkel dicht is op zaterdag een moslim winkel dicht op vrijdag of als ze iemand tegen komen die vanwege haar geloof een hoofddoek wil dragen!
Echter als een atheïst op een bus "waarschijnlijk bestaat god niet" te zetten is dat ook prima dat is gewoon hun "godsdiesns"/ levensovertuiging en die mogen ook zij uitdragen.

Als echter (wat ik wel is heb gezien) atheïsten oproepen om gelovigen af te slachten dan mag dat natuurlijk net zo min als omgekeerd.
Sommige moslim stromen willen inderdaad zo iets als hierboven genoemd en dat mag dan natuurlijk niet. Ik denk overigens dat die atheïsten dat niet echt zouden doen maar van moslims weten we dat SOMMIGE daar echt toe instaat zijn (9/11).
Maar ik denk inderdaad zeker dat atheïsten vrijheid van "godsdienst" mogen hebben!
