I'm kinda surprised to learn that this set doesn't really go for much at the moment. I guess it goes to show perhaps how less loved the first two films are compared to the rest; at least when it comes to collectors anyways. Also, intro video is still my favorite Spooky Spot intro thus far.

What are you talking about? Jason's face wasn't black and burnt in Part 7. It was brown and decayed. In part 8 it didn't "change back". He was underwater for a long time and got all slimy and gross.

You need to go back and watch the series again, or at least those 2 movies.

I must ask one thing I have been poundering about for very long - why do you collect so many toys, just for display? I mean, I know it's your hobby... but why just let them stand at a spot all the time, good for nothing? Is it just so you can brag to others or something? I just wonder why collectors like you would do that...?

I think of it as art, some people like collecting vases, statues, even empty wine bottles, why collect any of that I mean they don't do anything right? Atleast for myself I collect this stuff because when I eventually get these all out on display its nice to go up to your collection every once in a while and just look at them or you'll pull one down and just move the arms, put on a new accesory, in Jason's case, take off the mask and find new ways to pose them again, thats why I collect them

Well, I don't collect much myself, accept for Asterix stuff since I want to keep my dead grandpa's "treasure"... oh, and coins, since my father does so too. I know those are pretty shallow reasons, but.... I am weird.

personally if I like the design of a character from a movie, comic or video game its cool to have a 3D model of them so you can see all the detail. I usually just collect collectible figures made from McFarlane, NECA etc but last year I bought an Iron Man figure from the movie and a Batman figure from the Dark Knight because I love the design of the costumes.

If you can find it for a good price then I'd say go for it, this is a great set though Pamela is still a bit disappointing

yes she is okay i own every friday the 13th movie and pamela voorhees's face and hair were correct but her sweater was gray it and the sack was a bit longer and the blacken thumbs from when the actor before shooting hit his thumb on the nail and the actor was in the navy so he took it and kept shooting
