just a little tip, rub your spoon with some cooking oil before measuring the honey and the honey will slide right off and you won't waste any!

Hi Alia, this is a truly yummy dish. I made it for Thanksgiving -- such an exotic addition to the traditional fare. My 17-month old just gobbled it up. Thanks for the recipe. BTW, I used smoked paprika in lieu of the saffron. Delicious too! I like the dish served hot.
