Lol, at first I didn't get why they all paused like that after Pino said that he was wearing ladies underwear... then I realized that if he hadn't been wearing ladies underwear, his nose would have grown long in that case, as originally intended, so because it didn't grow, they all realized that he was telling the truth: he actually WAS wearing the underwear.That's why they all paused, and Shreak was all like, "...are you?", because even he was not expecting Pino to have... well you know by now.
